About Steiner Bears

Hello!
Welcome to my world.

I'm Heidi, maker of Steiner Bears and Beasties.
Precious felt dollies and the "Merry Mutts"...felted follies
for bears and dollies.

I've led an artful life since I was a little girl. My Dad built me my first workshop space, a place to call my own when I was a teenager. I remember it being a magical place to cut and paste, sew and paint and sprinkle sparkles to my hearts content.
Having dabbled in all things artsy, the path finally led me to the world of teddy bears. My work is mostly one of a kind and sometimes a few of a kind; featuring antique clothing, vintage trims and whimsical finds.
